Seeking a revision of transgender vaginoplasty

I had a vaginoplasty abroad and have enclosed some photos of the outcome. What is your opinion?

Hi Tina,

Thank you for visiting our web-site There are several critiques of what I see, and this is not to cast any aspersion on your doctor as I do not know of any surgeon who has not had to revise their own work.

You need an anterior commissure (bringing the labia majora in together), a urethral opening (meatus) that is visible, concerned that the urinary stream may not be ejected straight down, and of course clitoral reduction along with removal of the remnant of the penile corona or rim. You don’t need that tell-tale sign.

The clitoral hood could be more delicate

As you can see from our before and after photos, we have a fairly active  transsexual MTF practice and do several revisions each year.
