I am considering an orchiectomy not because I am a transgendered individual but rather because I have a very high sex drive and am overly aggressive and ambitious, occasionally take unnecessary risks that distract me from an otherwise very rewarding career as an accountant.
May I propose you start with a testosterone blocker, and be seen by a psychiatrist
as orchiectomy is an irreversible procedure, and the potential for remorse
has to be extremely low. In your situation we would require 2 letters of psychiatric
clearance. You will still make some testosterone (from your adrenal glands).
You may also consider sperm banking, as this is irreversible surgery.
