That’s us! Spelled out…. American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities, Inc. and is about the highest rating a surgical center such as ours can receive. The inspector was here for an entire day going through the place with a fine tooth comb. Cleanliness, autoclave and generator check, record keeping, policies manual, biohazardous waste disposal, air filters, case documentation, the check list before surgery, an almost exhaustive look-see at every aspect of our daily operations. Our floors are mopped sometimes several times a a day and the OR floor is so shiny you can practically see your reflection in it.
