Good morning Joni,
Thank you for your interest in what we do. For orchiectomy, our fee is 2500, and two letters of therapy clearance are needed written by licensed therapists, one of whom has to have a doctoral degree, as this is an irrversible procedure. The same letters will probably work for feminizing vaginoplasty, if you have this within a year or two.
A 1000 credit will be issued to you for your vaginoplasty when you have that done at our facility.
