You will need two letters of therapy clearance written by licensed therapists, one of whom, should have a doctoral degree and the other at least a master degree. The longer you have “time in grade”, usually the simpler the process is, i.e. an evaluation and clearance, not therapy.If you are working with a therapist now, by all means stay with that therapist.
