I am taking hormones and have been for about 5 years, I have been living full time female for the past 4 years and have had all my documents changed to reflect this along with my name change and breast augmentation surgery last year.
Specific_Questions: I understand the need for therapist letters however I have a small issue. I live and work in Afghanistan, access to such doctors and medical professionals is simply not available are there alternatives to these letters such as extended living in the chosen gender etct? Thank you, Aretha

Good morning Aretha,
Sounds like you are well on your way.
Thank you for your interest in what we do.
Fair to say you do not need therapy but simply a letter of clearance by a licensed therapist and a letter of concurrence by a second therapist. This can be easily arranged..
Here are some great, compassionate, no nonsense therapists, all with doctoral degrees, many who will do tele-therapy or evaluations to be confirmed by a face to face meeting when you are in the south Florida area..

Please present your history briefly: age, MTF, how long you have been living 100% en femme, and the surgical procedure you would like to have. Ask for an estimation of a price quote, and possible initial telephone interview.
