yes i need info requesting if dr reed still is performing orchiectomy i am a mtf ts am 42 and any help would be most helpful

Good afternoon Mallory,

Thank you for your interest in what we do, several orchiectomies every month.  Among the advantages are discontinuation of a testosterone blocker and reduction of estrogens by a third.

You will require 2 letters of licensed therapy clearance, one written by a therapist with a doctoral degree and the other by a therapist with at least a masters degree. If need be, we can arrange for therapy evaluation in the greater Miami area.

Because you are over 40 you will need a letter of medical clearance, can be done in the Bronx or here in Miami with reference to an EKG, and these blood tests: CBC, platelet count, PT, and PTT.

We have availabilities for orchiectomy almost every week.
