I am a pre-op male to female transsexual and am looking for a place to have the surgery done so I am considering your place I like the job you have done in this picture I want exactly the same but without any hair as I do not like body hair at all,what I wanted to ask you was do you do vocal surgery too and breasts enlargement because I would like my vocal chords tightened to sound female and breasts from my current size 38C to a size 38G and the genital gender reassignment can you do this privately and what are the requirements for surgery, please also list all costs for the whole procedure enlisted below thank-you.  Kyli

Thank you for your interest in what we do.  Sorry to disappoint you on so many levels.   While we can make  recommendations for travel and assist with your reservations, you have to pay for that.

Tracheal shaves are done by others.  We decline to do G size breast surgery as they will sag with time.
