Dear Dr. Reed,

I have already had an orchiectomy and scrotal removal. I also have a penis implant with the pump located between my anus and penis. I would like to know how much it would cost to have a pernament perienal urethral reroute with the slit being as large as you can get it. You might have to relocate my pump to the top of my penis instead of it being underneath. Is there a doctor in Phoenix AZ that you know of that could do this or would you have to do it and how much would it cost? Elton
