It looks promising that I may end up considering you in the end. I have done
extensive research and I feel that your facility will be better suited for
everything from base price (although not basing everything on price),
pictures of sample work, and the inclusion of travel expenses. I still have
to acquire the proper (WPATH) documentation from therapists. After
discussing this in depth with members of my support group, I have also
reconsidered the direction from the original position of simply desiring
complete removal of all genitals. I have decided to move forward with a
vaginal cavity but only of modest depth (1-2 inches) to create the pulling
effect that it creates from the frontal profile but no desire to go deeper
that requires post-op dilation and care to avoid most feminine infections
and such.

My main question at this time is, can I still obtain a vaginal cavity as
described if I have already had a complete castration including the removal
of the scrotum. If it is possible then my only challenge will be acquiring
the down payment. Thanks in advance for information directly relating this
inquiry.

Yes, you can have a vaginal cavity of 1 to 2 inches if that is what you
desire, based upon penile skin inversion.
