Anal sex after orchiectomy and scrotal removal

February 11, 2012

Hi Dr Reed,

A Serious question.

For the first time in a long time a potential lover is making a serious overture.  You said not to have a orgasm until around March 1st. OK.  But can I let him have anal intercourse without damaging anything if I don’t have orgasm myself?  This is what I usually do anyway.

As an orchiectomy patient am I a boy or a girl?  I say I’m a girl born in a boy’s body with some vestiges of my former male past but wholly female, chemically, psychologically, and soon legally too–all thanks to you.  Just thirty days after the operation and I’m already looking much more feminine, deeply so.  How long will the effect continue before I hit a plateau?

Your Undying Devotee,

Alice Charmers

Good morning Miss Charmers

I have no position on anal intercourse except to say this is not the way the human body was designed, may be injurious, and safe sex is always advised.

We do not recommend strenuous activities until 8 weeks after surgery or sufficient wound healing has occurred.

Please take some well focused photos of your result in 2 weeks and Email them to me.  Thank you.

Sincerely,

Harold M. Reed, M.D.
