Dear Dr. Reed,
I’m 2 years and 3 months on Testoserone and 15 months post hysterecotmy, and 9 months post top surgery.
Specific_Questions: I have a few more years till I can afford any bottom surgery. And I’m wonder what length pre metroplasty is a good candidate for the surgery? And another question is there a cost for just a clitorial release with no urethal lengthing? Can get get a urethal lengthing after getting a simple release?

Thank you for your interest in what we do.

Ideally you should be on testosterone systemically with monitoring of your blood levels to assure adequate dosaging and a special cream as well which you  apply topically to the clitoris to maximize growth.

Assuming you have clitoromegaly now, we can do simply clitoral release for about 5750.  This is includes anesthesia, use of the facility and any followup care I provide.  Fees quoted are good for 3 months.    Consultation is an additional 250.  There is a lot of information we need to discuss.
