Is it possible to keep my testicle and hide it inside so i can ejaculate when i have orgasm ?

Thank you for your interest in what we do. Your testes are designed to be 8 degrees cooler than core body temperature. Enclosure within your body may increase the likelihood of malignant changes. I would not advise this. Additionally the testes only contribute 1% of the ejaculatory volume (some say 2 to 5 %, the rest is from the seminal vesicles 60% and the prostate 30% and Cowper’s glands.
Incidentally I recall see a video of an MTF having orgasm and ejaculate emanated from her urethra. So you see, the testes were not needed for the effect.

hey.. i just want a vagina but i want to keep my testicles too. i still want to be a guy. i don’t want to have a full on sex change. i like me the way i am,but i just want to have a vagina. so if there is any way that this could be done id be willing to pay what ever the cost.
