Hi Dr. Reed,
Ill be staring this year on my Hormones, I’am 31 but look very young for my age like 18teen, have very fem features very androgynous.
Ask Dr. Reed specific questions regarding your medical needs How long do I have to be on Hormones to get my breast done ?? and how long after that can I go for the full procedure?? would it be to late for my age ??? or do i still have a chance ??

Good morning Suzannah (what a lovely name),
Thank you for your interest in what we do. You should wait a full 2 years on proper hormone dosing before you have breast implants done.
Having a vaginoplasty is not related to taking hormones, in that occasionally we see patients who are so “androgynous” they look feminine already.
You do need to be living as a women, 24/7 (work and play) for 1 year to be sure this is right for you (the real life test).
Cordially,
