Vaginoplasty revision for camel toe

Dear Reed, Had SRS vaginoplasty a few years ago. Seems as though my labial cleavage comes up a lot higher than I think is normal.  Half way up my pubis.  Same for my clitoris, urinary opening and vaginal opening.  MaryAnne

Dear MaryAnne,

On a side view of natal female anatomy, the vulva is about 30 degrees lower than the penis. Perfect for women to void sitting down and for the vaginal opening to be at the widest portion of the pelvis.  Penile skin wants to go back from where it came and unless the doctor undermines or loosens this tissue you’ll see exactly the effect you are describing.  We can fix your camel toe look.

Cordially,
