Do you do labiaplasty for transgendered women

Dear Dr. Reed,
Had a male to female vaginoplasty 3 years ago and I think I need a touch up or labiaplasty. How costly is this?

Dear Rachel,

Thank you for visiting our web-site we have many before and after photographs showing labiaplasty results as well as befores and afters of our patients.  I have seen photos on other web-sites of vaginoplasty results and frankly, there is often need for a touch up, because tissues may settle in unpredictable ways.  If you are a patient of ours already, all we ask is that you pay for anesthesia and use of the facility, there is no charge for surgery.  If we are revising another doctor’s work, fees start at $3000 depending upon what needs to be done.

Some of the requests we receive is hood the clitoris, reduce the clitoral size, make the labia majora fuller, lower the urethral opening because my stream is too high, show more pink, lower the vaginal opening for easier access, remove unsightly scars.
Rachel, the last comment you want to hear in an intimate situation is “what’s that.”

If you wish, you can initiate your consultation by sending some well focused photos along with your critique.  The chances are not only will we agree with you, but make some recommendations besides, because once you are under anesthesia, add-ons are our pleasure.  We want you to be our poster girl for a gorgeous vaginoplasty or labiaplasty result.
