If I have an orchiectomy now which is what I’d like, I have heard there
might not be enough skin left over to do a scrotal graft.
We hear these concerns vocalized from time to time but be assured the scrotum is comprised of fairly loose skin and well stretch easily. We have done countless vaginoplasty operations on male to female patients who have previously had an orchiectomy and they do just fine. Vaginal depth is often more a function of how tall you in that taller women have a longer reach in the safe area in the retro-vesical space (behind the bladder) between the perineal skin and the overlying abdominal cavity.
